(Taking care of you). You have to take care of your self every time. Physical activity is a great thing how you can be active because being active is the most important thing in your life.There is a lots of facts about the benefit of regular physical activity

1. Regular exercise helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

2. By regular activity Your heart is also a muscle.If you are active regularly, it's get bigger and stronger.

3.By regular exercise, your brain also involved in memory and learning seems to get bigger (the hippocampus).

4.It help you to be a fit person and it's help your mind to be fresh.

I don't like any lots type of physical exercise but chose one or two things what you like to do in your life maybe a game,gardening,running or a lot.SO, i will say don't like regular exercise do what you like but do thing what make you feel tired and sweat.I mean like, what help you muscle get big and strong.......
